Title: NetSuite Data Migration Specialist

Location: Remote

Travel: Occasional travel to Eugene, OR (around 10%) might be there.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data migration plans from legacy ERP/CRM systems to NetSuite.
• Map legacy data fields to NetSuite fields (customers, vendors, items, transactions, etc.).
• Extract, cleanse, transform, and load (ETL) data using appropriate tools (e.g., Excel, SuiteScript, CSV Import, Data Loader, middleware platforms).
• Work closely with functional teams to validate migrated data.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the migration process.
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) for migrated data.
• Provide post-migration support and resolve data-related issues.

Requirements              

• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP, specifically data migration.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite data architecture (customers, vendors, GL, items, transactions, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel, SuiteScript, and data manipulation tools.
• Experience with CSV imports, NetSuite Data Import Assistant, and/or middleware platforms like Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.
• Familiarity with SQL, data cleansing, and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite certification(s) (ERP Consultant, Administrator, etc.)
• Background in finance, accounting, or ERP systems.
• Experience with legacy systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
