This position requires an individual who can perform UAT testing, resolve issues independently, work with data independently, understand and use UAT tracking software. The candidate must be able to do hands on analysis, with ETL, analysis and resolution of datasets and data-driven UAT scenarios. The candidate will have experience understanding concepts, diagnosing issues and resolving them using both process and data driven analysis. Candidate will demonstrate aptitude for fast learning and exceptional teamwork. Will work closely with the Manager and Vendor team on the delivery and execution of all UAT. This position will map the test cases to requirements to ensure it’s been tested and meet expected test results. This role plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery. This role assesses system impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service related initiatives. Can be the liaison between the Business, Vendor and TMO Business UAT team. Translate customer requirements into specific plans and tasks using knowledge of the industry and delivery methodology. Assures proper conduct, documentation, and communications of assigned project engagements. - Manages all aspects of small to intermediate projects throughout the infrastructure and software development project lifecycles including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change. - Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks, managing task assignment to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle. - Develops detail project schedules, resource plans, status reports and contributes to the effectiveness of a team that integrates multiple functions/disciplines. - Interfaces with all areas affected by the project, including end user, services organizations, vendors and implementations partners. - Individual is a leader in execution, process understanding and good communication is a must. Review project deliverables for accuracy and apprises management of issues effecting project status and offers solution to solve the issues. - Ensure satisfactory transfer of custody and control of product upon completion (handoff) and close all project documentation and archive appropriate records. SAS experience preferred.
