Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and collaborative Program Manager to support and lead key strategic initiatives across our organization. This individual will operate as the right-hand to Directors, managing critical programs end-to-end, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely delivery of business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, ideally within consulting environments, with a hands-on approach to driving execution, governance, and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the lifecycle of strategic programs from initiation through delivery and closure.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Directors, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution on program priorities.
  • Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure program objectives are met with quality and timeliness.
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; provide resolution plans and drive accountability.
  • Develop and maintain centralized tracking and reporting of all in-flight programs and projects.
  • Drive program governance processes including planning, reporting, stakeholder communications, and metrics.
  • Facilitate and influence discussions with technical and business teams; ask thoughtful, technically-sensible questions to guide direction.
  • Bring thought-leadership into the PMO function by suggesting and implementing process improvements.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning – not a know-it-all attitude, but one that seeks to understand and enhance value delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of program management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience in consulting or client-facing program delivery strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Technically conversant — able to understand systems, architecture, and engineering constraints and ask the right questions.
  • Experience with centralized program tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PMP/CSM is a plus.
