Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Location: Atlanta, Ga (hybrid 2 days)

Candidate must relocate to Atlanta and work hybrid 

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager who can effectively blend the roles of a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Project Manager while ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technology teams. This role demands strong leadership in product strategy, Agile execution, stakeholder management, and technical acumen to drive successful product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Scrum Leadership: Serve as a Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and removing impediments.

Project Management: Oversee project timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders, to align expectations and priorities.

Backlog Management: Define clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.

Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Performance Monitoring: Use data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and iterate on improvements.

Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, development efficiency, and cross-team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in product management, Scrum Master, or project management roles.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SAFe framework.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools for backlog and sprint management.

Hands-on experience in technology-driven products, APIs, cloud services, or software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or SAFe certification is an advantage.
